Nathan Wright's play tells the story of Tiago, who escaped from the poverty stricken slums of Rio de Janeiro to a seemingly peaceful summer town in Northern Michigan. Tiago becomes sexually involved with both men and women, and finds that life in America is not what he expected.

Following a sold-out run at the New York International Fringe Festival, Peninsula is being presented as part of the FringeNYC Encores series.
